2 Year Warranty:

The buyer is obligated to read the user manual and follow the instructions and requirements presented. Damage to the product caused by not following the instructions or from improper sauna use, or tampering of the heater will void the warranty. If there are any defects on the sauna heater, where the manufacturer can be blamed, the buyer has the right to demand a replacement or repair of the product. All complaints must happen within the time period of the life of the warranty.

Warranty Terms:

• Warranty applies only to electric heaters that have been used according to the instruction manual
• Warranty does not cover heating elements as they are considered a consumable part
• Warranty does not cover general wear that occurs from normal sauna use

Warranty does not apply when:

• Product has been damaged by carelessness
• Product has not been installed correctly
• Product has been modified or tampered with

At Dundalk LeisureCraft, we are dedicated to providing a seamless shipping experience for your sauna purchase. Below is an overview of the responsibilities for all parties involved in the delivery process, along with key shipping terms for saunas and accessories.

Our Responsibilities:

• Building & Packaging: Your sauna will be meticulously built and securely packed in a sturdy crate.
• Arranging Shipment: We will organize the shipment of your sauna directly to your home.

Trucking Company Responsibilities:

• Delivery Appointment: The trucking company will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
• Curbside Delivery: The sauna will be delivered to the curbside or the end of your driveway. Please note:
  • The trucking company does not handle unloading.
  • The truck will not back into your driveway.
  • Most deliveries will be made using an 18-wheeler. Please ensure your location can accommodate this vehicle.
• Lift Gate Assistance: If the crate is under 92” (7 feet), a lift gate may assist with unloading. If larger, you will need to manage unloading as lift gate service won't be available.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Promptly Return Calls: Please return the trucking company’s call quickly to schedule delivery.
• Unloading the Sauna: You are responsible for unloading the sauna. Crates range from 6’L x 4’W x 3’H to 14’L x 4’W x 3’H, weighing between 800 to 1600 lbs. Consider the following unloading methods:
  • Forklift: Use fork extensions and lift the crate from the end.
  • Tilt Tow Truck: Rent a tow truck to collect the sauna from the terminal and deliver it to your home.
  • Manual Unloading: Have enough helpers to unload the sauna or take it apart piece by piece.
• Damage Reporting: If the crate arrives damaged, take photos immediately and note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) as “Crate arrived open/damaged – Possible Hidden Damage.” Contact Dundalk or your dealer to resolve the issue.

Shipping Terms:

• Business Deliveries: If shipping to a business, ensure there is a loading dock or proper equipment for unloading.
• Residential Deliveries: For crates longer than 92", the customer is responsible for unloading. Make sure the delivery truck can access your property and turn around.
• Accessory Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $55 applies to orders containing only accessories.

Unloading Crates:

Per Dundalk’s shipping terms, the customer is responsible for removing the crate from the truck. If the crate is 92” or smaller, it will fit on a lift gate for easier unloading. For crates longer than 92”, the customer must:

1. Arrange for equipment to unload the crate.
2. Use a trailer to collect the crate from the delivery terminal.
3. Rent a tilt tow truck to retrieve the crate from the terminal.

If none of these options are feasible, we can arrange a tilt tow truck for $750.

Change of Shipping Address:

• Before Shipping: Address changes before the order leaves the factory are free of charge.
• After Shipping: Address changes after the order has shipped incur a $250 fee.

Storage Charges:

If the customer delays in scheduling delivery, resolving unloading logistics, or providing accurate contact information, and the trucking company incurs storage fees, these costs will be passed on to the customer.

Order Cancellation Policy:

1. Within 14 Days of Order Entry: Orders can be canceled without any penalty.
2. After 14 Days: A $65.00 cancellation fee will apply (item #: ORDCAN).
3. Within 7 Days of Ship Date: Orders cannot be canceled.
4. Canadian Timber Collection Products: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours, subject to a $65.00 cancellation fee (item #: ORDCAN).

Order Change Policy:

1. Within 14 Days of Order Entry: Orders can be edited or changed without penalty.
2. After 14 Days: A $65.00 edit/change fee will apply (item #: ORDCHA). Examples of changes include adding/removing products or options, changing the shipping address or method, etc.
3. Within 7 Days of Ship Date: Orders cannot be edited or changed.
4. After the Product Has Shipped: Changing the shipping address will incur a $250 fee (item #: ADDCHANGE).
5. Canadian Timber Collection Products: Changes can be made within 24 hours for a $65.00 fee (item #: ORDCHA). After 24 hours, no further changes are allowed.

Return Policy:

1. Return Policy: Leisurecraft does not accept returns due to the high cost of shipping across the border.
2. Shipping Damage & Replacement:

Dundalk Leisurecraft reserves the right to replace components due to shipping damage or any other issues outside of their control.

Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. provides a three (3) year warranty on its Canadian Timber Collection of Saunas And Cold Plunges, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use from the date of product receipt.

Warranty Coverage:

Duration: The warranty is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date you receive your sauna.

Residential Use: The warranty applies under normal residential usage conditions.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Damage from regular use or natural weather conditions is not included.

Routine Maintenance: Maintenance tasks such as tightening bands on barrel saunas, cleaning, or staining are not covered. Please refer to your sauna assembly manual for detailed maintenance guidelines.

Misuse or Negligence: Damage caused by improper use or failure to maintain the sauna or Cold Plunge is excluded.

Service or Labor Costs: This is a parts-only warranty, meaning labor or service costs are not covered under the three-year warranty period.
