Before your sauna is shipped, our customer service team will reach out to provide all the necessary details and address any specific delivery requirements. This includes discussing potential challenges, like difficult property access, which may incur additional charges. To make things easier for you, we’ve outlined the key steps of the delivery process below so you can be fully prepared for your sauna's arrival!
Shipment Types
- Smaller Shipments (LTL - Less-Than-Truckload): This method is commonly used for transporting small to medium-sized saunas, offering secure delivery without the need for a full truckload.
The Packaging
Your highly anticipated sauna kit will be carefully packaged and shipped securely on one or two pallets, based on the size of the unit. This ensures that your sauna arrives safely and intact during transportation.

Scheduling Your Delivery
We ensure that your sauna arrives at a time that suits you best! Every sauna delivery requires a scheduled appointment. Once your sauna reaches a nearby shipping terminal, the carrier will reach out to arrange a convenient time for delivery. This means your sauna won’t show up unexpectedly—you’ll always be part of the process and kept in the loop about the timeline.
What to Expect on Delivery Day

Liftgate Service: No need to worry about lifting heavy items! The driver will use a liftgate to safely lower the pallet(s) to ground level, making the offloading process simple and smooth.

Curbside Delivery: The standard delivery service will leave the sauna kit curbside, typically close to your driveway or garage. Please note that this service does not include moving the sauna to your doorstep.
Inspecting Your Shippment Upon Delivery
Once your sauna arrives, it’s important to inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice minor issues such as scratches, scuffs, or small dents on the outer cartons, please make sure to note these on the delivery receipt.
If you notice any significant damage—such as large holes or punctures that have impacted the wood inside—please refuse the delivery, and we will immediately arrange for a replacement to be sent.
We take exceptional care in packaging and shipping our saunas to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Should you encounter any damage or missing parts upon delivery, contact our support team right away, and we’ll prioritize getting everything resolved promptly.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation and Return Policy
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.
All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.
All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer's failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller

- Original outbound charge (Flat rate shipping on price sheet).
- Return inbound charge (120% of outbound amount).
2) New. Must be original packaging. Opened, assembled, never used.

- 20% restocking fee.
3) Opened, assembled, and used.
- No return accepted.
Additional Shipping Charges:
1) Change of address charge:
- Same city and freight terminal ($85.00)
- Different city and different freight terminal ($150.00 and up)
2) Redelivery charge:
- $95.00 for 2nd attempt
- $150.00 for 3rd attempt
3) Storage charge:
- $125.00 per day, after the 3rd day at the destination
